Return & Exchange Basics
- 15-day window: Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Original condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase: Always include your order number
Non-Returnable Items (Safety/Hygiene Reasons)
- Used Alpine Ski Boots or Cycling Shoes (with removed footbeds or signs of wear)
- Opened packages of Goggles (with removed protective films)
- Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
- Disc golf discs with visible wear or ink markings

- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

3. Package Your Item
- Use original packaging whenever possible
- For skis/bikes: include all protective materials
- Include your RMA number inside the package
